Clinic services, hours, prices, eligibility and insurance participation can change. We do not guarantee that every listing is current or complete.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, submit intentionally false corrections or collect directory data in ways that violate applicable law.
Not medical advice
Everything on this site, including guides, service pages and clinic listings, is general information. It is not a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or advice about your particular situation, and it is not a substitute for examination by a licensed dentist or physician. No eligibility or coverage determination

Correction reports are welcome and are reviewed against the same evidence standards as the original listing. Submitting a report does not guarantee a change, and we may decline to make one where the correction cannot be sourced. Do not include medical records, treatment details or other sensitive health information in a report. If you represent a listed clinic and want a listing corrected or reviewed, say so, and identify which location you are writing about.
